The building, an early twentieth-century cottage that was renovated in the 1990s, has been refurbished according to the client's requests. Previously divided into two separate flats, one on the first two floors, the other on the second floor, the building complex is being redefined, with the construction of offices on the ground floor and a single flat between the first and second floors, with relocation of the vertical connectives between the floors, through the construction of a new internal staircase. The living area has been redesigned into a single room, with a separation between the kitchen and dining area by means of a light wall, while the sleeping area, on the first floor, is characterised by the large master bedroom.The functional and distributive redefinition is combined with a major energy requalification intervention.
