The flat has undergone extensive internal renovation, aimed at maximising the living space. Compared to the pre-existing, historic building, more functionally suitable spaces have been created for the bathroom, kitchen and living area, while still retaining elements of the historic pre-existence, recognisable in the doors with volute decoration.

These were combined with more contemporary colours and furnishings by contrast, playing on a dichotomy between the two different architectural styles. New parquet flooring was laid in the main rooms. In the kitchen, an island with a hob was chosen.
