Energy modelling for buildings (using Namirial Termo software) offers a comprehensive and detailed approach to analysing energy performance and designing efficiency. By means of Energy Diagnosis, it is possible to assess real consumption of heating, cooling and domestic hot water, comparing building performance under standard and real conditions.

An analysis of thermal bridges and verification of the risk of mould formation is also carried out, in accordance with UNI EN ISO standards.
