From an energy point of view, work is mainly done on the envelope, implementing the building's energy efficiency through the installation of a ventilated wall that allows both insulation and ventilation, with a clear improvement in the indoor climate in both the summer and winter months, combined with insulation work on the soffits of the floors.

It should be noted that the choice of the ventilated slatted wall was motivated by respect for landscape constraints, to recall the original appearance of the building, made of exposed brick. This approach has improved thermal insulation and reduced energy costs, while maintaining the aesthetics required by the constraint and respecting the integrity of the surrounding landscape.
