From an energy point of view, work is mainly carried out on the envelope, implementing the building's energy efficiency through the installation of a ventilated wall that allows for both insulation and ventilation, with a clear improvement in the indoor climate in both summer and winter months; in addition to this work, the basement rooms will be clad with insulation combined with plasterboard. The intervention on the envelope is in this case combined with upgrading of the balconies that were showing structural problems.

It should be noted that the choice of the ventilated wall is also a way to improve the conservation of the wall faces, protecting them from atmospheric agents and thus guaranteeing an extension of the building's life, as well as a not negligible improvement in terms of aesthetics and functionality
