From an energy point of view, work is mainly carried out on the envelope, implementing the building's energy efficiency through the installation of a ventilated wall that allows for both insulation and ventilation, with a clear improvement in the indoor climate in both the summer and winter months, combined with insulation work on the soffits of the floors.

It should be noted that the choice of the ventilated slatted wall was motivated by respect for landscape constraints, to recall the original appearance of the building. The insertion of the ventilated wall is also the best solution to replace the sliding doors integrated in the façade, thus respecting the landscape constraints.
